Welcome to our D6 Families website. At Cornerstone, we believe the greatest spiritual influence in the lives of your kids is you, the parents. We like to say that what happens at home is more important than what happens even here at church. Deuteronomy 6, the passage we get our D6 ministry name from, calls us as parents to love God first with all that we are, and then to impress God’s commands onto the hearts of our kids. As a church, we look forward to your family joining our church family as we seek our joy in Him together.
Weekly Ministries
D6 Beginnings (Ages 0 - 3)
D6 Beginnings focuses on the care and development of children ages 0-3. Teams of coaches, teachers and classroom volunteers work hard each week to provide quality programming and care for our youngest Cornerstone kids. Learn More
D6 Basics (Pre-K - 5th)
D6 Basics is for children in Pre-K (age 4) through 5th grade. The children’s ministry coordinators work closely with teachers and parents to provide a safe, creative learning environment to teach God’s truth to His kids. Learn More
D6 Parents
D6 is not only for kids, but for their parents, as well. This is not a drop-and-go ministry! On weekends, parents attend a church service while their kids are at D6 Weekends. On Wednesdays during the school year, while children attend their D6 classes, parents have their own classes to help equip and encourage them in raising their children to know and love God. At the end of each evening, parents reconnect with their kids for a corporate time of high energy worship and recap. Parents are also a vital part of the serving team that works to make D6 happen each Wednesday and weekend. Learn More
